.:: Dedications of Mt. Zion Saints ::.
November 1st was All Saints Day and Mt. Zion honored saints who have passed on and are missed by our members. We will have their stories and pictures as well as what we call “Living Saints” who are saints in the eyes of our members but are still living.

We hope that you will read the stories and get to know those that our members love, both the living and those that are with Christ now.

::: Saints Who Have Passed On :::

My Mom, Janice Smith, is a Saint here on earth to me. She has shown God’s love by the way she accepts everyone for who they are, she is non-judgmental and loves everyone unconditionally. She has always set an example for me of what it means to be a Christian, by the way she reads the bible daily and reads her devotionals as well as prays. When times were tough for her with her back injury and she was in such tremendous pain, she never let that get her down and always stayed true to her faith in God. I wish that I was as steadfast in my faith as my Mom is and that I had the boldness to witness like her. She is quick to thank those who help her in public, such as the check- out lanes at the supermarket. She always has a smile on her face and a spring in her step. When I say that I want to be the hands and feet of Christ, the picture that comes to my mind is that of my Mom. She is my BEST FRIEND and I feel so blest that God has placed her in my life.
